What you need
- A Plesk server the agent host can reach over https, normally on port 8443
- An API key made with an administrator account, under Tools & Settings
- At least one service plan defined on that server
What it does
A subscription is a managed resource like any other: a page, a history, a usage graph and a place in your capacity.
The subscription lifecycle
Create a subscription with a main domain, a contact address and one of your own service plans. Suspend it, move it to another plan, or remove it.
Named after its domain
Plesk names a subscription after its main domain, so the domain you order is the identity of the account. Provibr follows that instead of inventing a second name.
Counted and priced like everything else
Hosting accounts are their own resource type with their own price, and a suspended subscription does not count towards your limit.
Where this stands
Live. Subscription provisioning and the usage graphs work; managing the Plesk server itself does not exist yet.
