What you need
- A cPanel server the agent host can reach over https on port 2087
- A WHM API token that may create, suspend and remove accounts
- At least one package defined on that server, plus filesystem quotas turned on if you sell disk limits
What it does
A hosting account is a managed resource like any other: a page, a history, a usage graph and a place in your capacity.
The account lifecycle
Create an account with a username, a domain, a contact address and one of your own packages. Suspend it, move it to another package, or remove it.
WHM as the entry point
One WHM API token over https on port 2087 is the whole connection, and it stays in the agent vault. Plain http is refused.
Counted and priced like everything else
Hosting accounts are their own resource type with their own price, and a suspended account does not count towards your limit.
Where this stands
Live. Account provisioning and the usage graphs work; managing the cPanel server itself does not exist yet.
