How the model works

  • You pay for capacity, not usage

    Ten machines cost ten times the rate, even in a quiet month.

  • Four resource types

    Virtual machines, web servers and game servers are counted separately. Dedicated servers are priced, not yet manageable.

  • Monthly, collected automatically

    The first payment sets up a mandate; the same amount follows every month.

  • Nothing metered on top

    Agents, integrations, IPAM, metrics, the activity log, all 9 languages and every user are included.

  • Change it whenever you like

    More takes effect immediately, less at the end of the period you paid for.

Straight answers

  • What happens after the trial?
    Every account starts with a 14-day trial. No payment details, nothing charged at the end.
  • How are payments collected?

    Payments run through Stripe: iDEAL, Bancontact and card. The first payment sets up a mandate.

    • Numbered invoices, printable from the panel
    • Payment history and the status of every collection
    • The payment screen follows your language
  • Can I change capacity?
    Immediate and prorated: extra goes on the next invoice, less comes back as credit.
  • What happens if I exceed the limit?

    Your package is a limit, but hitting it does not break anything straight away.
